Booking and cancellation policies
IVA included
16% IVA is included.
Payment in advance
You will pay in advance 100% of the total price after making the reservation
Cancellations
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date apply a 10% charge.
Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to arrival date apply a 50%
Cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to the arrival date apply a charge of 100%
Refund policies
The total or partial refund will be refunded by the means that most convenient to the Hotel, discounted transaction costs incurred by the maneuver.
Hotel conditions
Checkin 3 pm to 3 pm
Checkout from 12 pm to 12 pm
Children and extra bed
Children of all ages can stay. All further children or adults stay free of charge in extra beds. Number of extra beds per room: 1.
You can request extra beds during the reservation process in the notes section of the reservation, this service is available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel. The extras have an extra cost which will be charged at the hotel.
